Jocks will find numerous ways to enjoy sports: hiking, biking, tennis, golf, up in the air or in the water. These possibilities will put you in the perfect mood for doing sports!
Hiking and biking
Go up to our local mountains' highest peaks: Benediktinenwand, Brauneck, Zwiesel, Rabenkopf, Herzogstand and Heimgarten. Or you take a walk or cycle along your beautiful, sparkling lakes or Murnauer Moos.
Not far away from our hotel, the Jakobsweg is passing. Pilgrims can stop at our house and take a break to regain their powers.

Waters and lakes
The close Lake Eizenberger invites you to jump into its cool water. Other lakes like the Oster waters, Lake Starnberg, Walchensee and Kochelsee are awaiting you
If it is too cold for bathing outside, many adventure pools are happy to welcome you!
A beautiful vacation in Bavaria cannot got without a nice ride on a steamboat on Lake Starnberg or Staffelsee.
Our youngest quests will find many beautifully embedded (adventure-) playgrounds wihtin each village.
A trip to the fairytale forest in Wolfratshausen (leisure park with rides) is a nice alternative to stay at home.
Leisure centre 'Blombergbahn' is a wonderful destination for young and old. It offers a children adventure park, a summer toboggan track and one of the highest climbing parks of Bavaria.
A visit of the Bavaria Filmstudio (Bavaria Movie Studio) or the Munich Zoo complete your family trip.
It takes just 3 km to the tennis court at Loisach and 6 km to the tennis court at Penzberg which also offers curling rinks, soccer pitches, playgrounds, a beach volleyball area and other attractions.
For the active, Bad Tölz and Schliersee offer glider centres with schools. You are also welcomed here as "flying guest". You can go up in the air with a paraglider at Brauneck or with a baloon.
Our surrounding offers many curvy roads for motorbike fans. Smaller passes can be found in close distance. "Kesselberg" is famous among bikers.
