This is how you find us.

Driving direction

Directions from Munich:

Follow the A95 towards Garmisch-Partenkirchen until the Seeshaupt exit. After the exit, keep left towards Beuerberg. Past Beuerberg, on the country road towards Penzberg, a small road to the right towards Promberg appears after approximately 5 km (follow the signs from here!).

Directions from Garmisch-Partenkirchen:

Follow the A95 towards Munich until the Penzberg/Iffeldorf exit. After the exit, keep left towards Iffeldorf. Before the Iffeldorf city sign, a small road appears to the right. The way is already signposted from here. Follow this road over a highway bridge, past the golf course, and the Eitzenberger ponds. After approximately 6 km, turn left in the courtyard of “Königsbauern” in Oberhof. You will then drive directly to our hotel (with a maypole).

Directions from Bad Tölz/Bichl:

Follow Bundesstraße 471 to Penzberg. At the main intersection in Penzberg, turn right. Follow the signs towards Wolfratshausen/Beuerberg (right at the roundabout). After leaving Penzberg and Maxkron, follow this road for about 5 km. Shortly after a bridge over the federal road, a small road to Promberg appears on the left (follow the signs from here).

Directions from Weilheim/Seeshaupt/Antdorf:

Drive to Iffeldorf and pass through the village towards Penzberg. Just after the Iffeldorf city sign, a small road appears to the left (follow the signs from here). Follow this road over a highway bridge, past the golf course, and the Eitzenberger ponds. After approximately 6 km, turn left in the courtyard of “Königsbauern” in Oberhof. You will then drive directly to our hotel (with a maypole).

…when you have arrived

We have plenty of free parking spaces. Upon your arrival, you can drive directly in front of the house for unloading.

If you can only arrive after 9:00 PM, please contact us on the day of arrival so that we can discuss the check-in procedures. We will then know how long we will be personally on-site and, if necessary, provide you with an access code for the house.
